We aim to assist the healing of our beautiful world, transmute and balance the current darkness and inequality, and aid the ascension process of mother gaia and humanity. By doing so, we will manifest the new Earth that many of us are working toward and envision.
The remarkable evidence gathered when studying the Meditation Effect (The Maharishi Effect) gives us enormous hope. Even a small percentage of our population, when meditating together in unconditional love, peace and harmony can positively influence the outcome of events and the thoughts and behaviours of the masses without infringing upon their free will.
We are aware of the forces that controlled our world so far. The forces that supress free and clean technologies, free access to information and knowledge, fair institutions and systems, natural holistic healing methods, equality, self-determination and peaceful living for the most of us. Their system of control cannot be transcended with more darkness and hatred, only with unconditional love and the light of awareness.
We intend to bring more and more meditators together, focusing on love peace and unity to tip the balance from the suppression and control of the Earth - to its liberation.
Through connecting with our mass consciousness, we will inspire thought, trigger awakenings, compassion, creativity and coherence - and therefore co-create a new free, peaceful and loving Earth.

The Illusory Nature Of Time
If your schedule does not allow you to meditate at the suggested times but you still want to participate - just become aware of the illusory nature of time and meditate when ever you can on that day. Set your intention to connect with the thousands of other meditators who are sharing the common intention to truly better our world.
The past, present and future do happen all at once – in one single and ever expanding NOW moment. By putting your focus on the other meditators who meditate on that Sunday, and by setting your intention to connect with them, you collapse the wave function of time and you will be with them.

What To Do
Find a quiet spot, get comfortable and just meditate as you usually would for 20-30 mins or more. Focus on your breath for a few minutes then set the intention to connect to the mass consciousness and all other meditators joining in on Sunday meditation, no matter what time they participate.

If You Are Not A Meditator
You can still participate even if you do not usually meditate. Here's how...
Take a few deep breaths and become aware of all the millions of loving and caring, like-minded, fellow human beings who intend (just like you) to enhance and improve the general situation for all of humanity.
Picture if you will; an ocean of beautiful translucent golden/ white light encompassing the whole planet. Your positive thoughts and feelings, and the thoughts of every caring human being, are uploaded to this shiny brilliant ocean of love and healing.
Why Global Meditation Is Important
The Meditation Effect occurs when groups of meditators set the intention to affect their surrounding environment through the power of meditation. This effect is proven in various studies.
We will unite globally and meditate on thoughts of love, peace, unity, understanding, freedom, compassion, equality and abundance, in order to affect the mass consciousness ourselves.
The study 'The Effects of Group Practice of the Transcendental Meditation Program on Preventing Violent Crime in Washington DC' found that: '...crimes dropped significantly during the Demonstration Project, corresponding with increases in the size of the group; the maximum decrease was 23.3%' (John S. Hagelin, Maxwell V. Rainforth et al.).
'In 1960, Maharishi predicted that one percent of a population practicing the Transcendental Meditation technique would produce measurable improvements in the quality of life for the whole population. The first study designed to test this prediction analyzed crime rate change in 22 U.S. cities (population > 25,000) from 1972 to 1973. Crime rates decreased in the 11 cities with one percent of the population practicing the Transcendental Meditation technique, while crime rates in the matched control cities continued to rise' (John S. Hagelin, 1992).
